This book presents an update on the debate about strategic, organization dynamics and contemporary corporate governance mechanisms. The almost complete absence of studies that cross strategic and corporate governance represented a challenge for researchers. It was necessary to find how the frames of reference of the social sciences and especially that of strategic management we have chosen to apply contemporary corporate mechanism.
