The Center for Healthy Living and Longevity is a multidisciplinary resource facility with the ability to call on intellects from various backgrounds to work towards common goals, and solve difficult problems afflicting the community. We hope this synergistic approach can lead to a paradigm shift in the way we look at issues in our community, in our country, and in our world. This book is the culmination of years of planning and development. The Center for Healthy Living and Longevity is on the cutting edge of fall prevention research, and is improving the lives of Arlington, TX community members every day. These gains could not have been accomplished without the inspiration and vision of Dr. Christopher Ray, an incredible person intellectually, socially, and emotionally always willing to serve and be of service. The community members as well as The University of Texas Arlington are forever grateful.
