For many years, countries like Uganda have been superstores for all sorts of political, economic and social disasters like dreadful, unaccepted pits of underdevelopment, unemployment, and hunger. Today many political commentators still believe that they are also mega stores to all sorts of diseases and dismal poverty and are commonly or distinctively known for their political chaos, wars, tribal hostility, hatred and killings. How much of that is true in present Uganda?
