In spite of absence of alcoholic beverages manufactuers in the Sudan abusers find it easy to get and consume alcoholic beverages. In the Sudan, although, the use of alcohol is illegal some people believe that alcoholic drinks are safe to consume in moderate to large quantities, and some of them regard it as medication for certain disease such as hypertension and fever. In some Southern and Western tribes it plays a nutritional role in the people life. Therefore, this book evaluated the health hazards for several Sudanese homemade alcoholic beverages.
