Na osnovanii provedennykh mnogoletnikh issledovaniy vody reki Syrdar'i ustanovleny zakonomernosti izmeneniya sostava i tipa vody, protsessy metamorfizatsii, rezhim i dinamika raspredeleniya ostatkov mineral'nykh udobreniy. Ustanovlena korrelyatsionnaya zavisimost' mezhdu soderzhaniem v vode tyazhelykh metallov i velichinoy pH, a takzhe mineralizatsiey. Tekhnogennoe vozdeystvie TM sozdaet ser'eznuyu ugrozu dlya okruzhayushchey sredy etogo regiona, t.k. obnaruzhennye metally, krome Ti i Mn, imeyut vysokie znacheniya koeffitsientov vodnoy migratsii. Soderzhanie tyazhelykh metallov v donnykh otlozheniyakh r. Syrdar'ya znachitel'no prevyshaet fonovye velichiny i PDK. Vyyavleny i ob"yasneny zagryazneniya rechnoy vody radionuklidami vozle s.Tomenaryk i s.Baygekum, obuslovlennye deyatel'nost'yu uranovogo rudnika (RU-6), raspolozhennogo v Shieliyskom rayone, vkhodyashchego v sostav Syrdar'inskoy uranovorudnoy provintsii. Povyshennoe soderzhanie - i -izluchayushchikh radionuklidov nakhoditsya v pryamoy zavisimosti ot vozrastaniya mineralizatsii vody. Krome togo, vozmozhno postuplenie radionuklidov v rechnoy basseyn flyuidami iz Syrdar'inskoy uranovorudnoy provintsii, a takzhe s uchastkov otrabotki uranovykh mestorozhdeniy.
