Theory-Based Career Guidance and Counselling in Primary Schools : The Case of Masvingo Urban in Zimbabwe

The book is an appraisal of career development at primary school level from the perspective of school counsellors and learners. The advent of globalisation, technological innovations, socio-political turmoil and economic shifts due to mergers and downsizing has placed new demands on workers. Such trends become part of the context in which career guidance , career counselling and career education must function and individual choices made.
