Due to the healthy effect of caffeine, several studies have been carried out on determinations of the levels of caffeine in the tea brands in the different parts of the world using different techniques. This research paper is intended to determine the levels of the caffeine content of commercial tea in Ethiopia using UV-Visible spectrometer and Square-Wave Anodic Stripping Voltammetric (SWASV) techniques.
