Indonesia has a very good potential in agriculture, however, this condition has not been able to improve the welfare of farmers. One effort to improve the welfare of farmers is to provide added value on fresh produce that result. The added value that should be pursued is through processing business. In accordance with the conditions of people in developing countries, the developed processing industry should be small.
