Female Entrepreneurship in Ghana : Challenges and Coping Strategies

This study reveals the strategies employed by Ghanaian women entrepreneurs to cope with gender sensitive challenges they encounter in their business to enable a successful business outcome. This research contributes to knowledge on gender and entrepreneurship by focusing on the unique challenges faced by Ghanaian women entrepreneurs and the coping strategies they employed to manage them in order to grow and succeed.
