Emission M ssbauer Spectroscopy : Electron defects and Bose-condensation in crystal lattices of high-temperature superconductors

Bok av Seregin Nikita
Methodological basics of the emission Mssbauer spectroscopy with the 57Co(57mFe), 61Cu(61Ni), 67Cu(67Zn), 67Ga(67Zn), 133Ba(133Cs), 155Eu(155Gd) and 197Hg(197Au) isotopes are presented. They have been developed with the aim to investigate the electron defects and the processes of Bose-condensation of the electron pairs within the crystal lattices of high-temperature superconductors {La(2x)[Sr,Ba](x)CuO4, Nd(2x)Ce(x)CuO4, RBa2Cu3O(7x), RBa2Cu4O8, Y2Ba4Cu7O15, Tl2Ba2Ca(n1)Cu(n)O(2n+4), Bi2Sr2Ca(n1)Cu(n)O(2n+4), HgBa2Ca(n1)Cu(n)O(2n+2), n=1,2,3} using the crystal probes introduced into lattices of copper metal-oxides via radioactive decay of parent atoms being proper atoms of the investigated compound.
