Phytoestrogen Biochanin-A Alters Reproductive Health in Rats : Perinatal Exposure on Reproduction

Contraceptives and xenoestrogens caused damage in the male reproduction in rat: Determination of role of xenoestrogens and male contraceptives on male reproduction (fertility) in rats. The fertility of male rats assessed mainly studying the parameters sperm count, sperm motility, sperm morphology, HOS test, reproductive performance of exposed male rats and also the efficiency assessment of first generation male rats. This study may give information about the decreased male fertility in men in the world and suggests the solution to rectify this problem temporarily or permanently.
