Emerging Issues in Climate Change : Indian and American Perspectives

The 21st Conference of Parties (COP) will be held in November, 2015 in Paris to give political momentum to crucial climate change negotiations. It is in this light that the book tries to highlight on global climate change conventions that have been negotiated in the Rio Summit in 1992 and subsequently in the Kyoto Protocol. The book presents the perspectives of both the developing countries led by India, and the developed countries led by the United States.
