Die umfangreichen empirischen Daten wurden in quantitativen sowie qualitativen Befragungen von Mitarbeitenden aus acht Feldern des Erziehungs- und Bildungswesens erhoben. Sie liefern neue Erkenntnisse für die komparative pädagogische Berufsgruppenforschung, da sie vom Kindergarten bis zur Weiterbildung alle zentralen Bildungssegmente untersuchen.
