Studies on Mercury Interaction with Dicarboxylic Aminoacids : Polarographic and Cyclic voltammetric studies of Interaction of Mercury with Dicarboxylic amino acids

Bok av Venkatathri Narayanan
Mercury is widely used as a vital reagent in many Chemical Industries. The main problem associated with the use of mercury is its high toxic to human being. Our body is mainly madeup of proteins, which has aminoacids as basic units. Aspartic acid and Glutamic acid are important member of aminoacid family. So it is worthwhile to study mercury interaction with Dicarboxylic amino acids Electroanalytically. AC and DC Polarography, Cyclic voltammetric techniques are widely used with pH variations.
