Immigration is understandably a subject of public debate and economic analysis. It is reported that Asia is now the largest group of immigrants in Norway. How does the causal connection between out-migration flows and economic assimilation results in light of return migration decision theories? The book tries to explores whether the migration motives determine economic success in western countries.
