Meditation is both a positive & normative science. The practice of meditation & relaxation are based on body-mind-spirit interaction model. These have positive effects on the practitioners. Stress in the workplace has become the black plague of the twentieth century. These pressures at work are also likely to lead to less rather than more concern for the "people management" aspects of the workplace.
