Entrepreneurial propensity of Built-Environment Students (BES) can be seen as a driving force in addressing both micro and macro needs of the economy of Ghana. Due to the volatility and undulating nature of the construction industry it behoves on policy makers to put in place the requisite structures and frameworks that will augment entrepreneurial activities especially at the tertiary level of education.
