Here we examine the Etruscan enigma.Their origin their language and culture. I am proud to have been able to present herein, the first English language translation of, 'Observations Critiques Sur L'Archeologie Dite Prehistorique' relating to early archaeological discoveries at both Neuchatel and Halstatt. Early Celtic-Gallic trade routes are explored together with archaic Etruscan language and paleographic transcriptions of early language from Lemnos .The contemporary reader is reminded to bear in mind that many of the ideas expounded by Dennis in his early work are now obsolete due to more recent archaeological techniques and discoveries.
