The growing evidence of climate change resulting from the continued increase of Green House Gases concentration in the atmosphere has made it a powerful political, social and trade issue. Now, the world is suffering from the impact of climate change on natural resources, agriculture production and so on. Hence, the reduction of Green House Gases emission and their continuously emission monitoring is essential constituent for reducing the global warming. So, to expand the forest area is the best alternative to mitigate the impact of climate change. Accordingly, the estimation of carbon sequestration rate is the crucial component for monitoring the forest carbon. Again, the present world is also talking about the REED, REED+ which also emphasis on the monitoring of forest carbon by estimating carbon stock.
