Prediction of Flood Return Period in Adamawa State, Nigeria

Forecasts in hydrological phenomenon are of great significance in almost all countries in the World especially for their economic advancement. Forecasts of highly dangerous phenomenon on land areas or rivers such as occurence of flood are of great relevance for all the sectors of a country's economy and to the rural and urban populations around places that are prone to flooding especially Loko in Nigeria, which are always prone to flooding.
