Animals are major sources of protein diet in almost all parts of the world. However the intentional and non intentional exposure of this animals favored the emergence, selection and accumulation of bacterial flora resistant to different antibiotics. The ability of these bacterial strains to reach humans may have a major impact on the degree of success in treating infectious diseases in man. The increase in the prevalence of antibiotic resistance bacteria has compounded the incidence and danger of new and reemerging infections. These work addresses the incidence of antibiotic resistance from bacterial isolates from cattle and chicken.
