Need for a 3D Concept in Macedonian 2D Cadastre System : Analysis of Macedonian cadastre system initiated by the lack of mechanisms for registration of 3D situations
Bok av Gjorgji Gjorgjiev
Cadastre system in R. Macedonia, periodical has been upgraded with not standard dynamics and according the needs that has emerged. Basic intentions in the system upgrade, without any differences in the time periods, have always been toward 2D concepts. These concepts in time have provided services that were typified toward user's requirements. Technological development of the resources and more emphasized user requirements/needs has created possibilities for establishing competitive mechanisms and more attractive and powerful services. In order to provide with as less as possible limitations, it is emerging pressure for upgrading 2D cadastre concepts with progressive mechanisms in order to give closer insight to properties and property rights. Theoretical and practical framework for upgrade of 2D concepts it is recognizable in new models for 3D cadastre systems.
