Rabota orientirovana na sozdanie, v ramkakh prikladnykh issledovaniy, novoy raschetnoy tekhnologii otsenki usloviy vozmozhnoy ekspluatatsii mikroelektromekhanicheskikh sistem, imeyushchikh defekty geometrii i svoystv. Osnovnoy zadachey yavlyaetsya sozdanie modeley povedeniya dinamicheskikh mnogosloynykh mikromekhanicheskikh konstruktsiy s dissipatsiey energii, soderzhashchikh razlichnye defekty formy i svoystv; metodami vychislitel'nogo eksperimenta ustanovlenie vliyaniya tipovykh defektov na dinamicheskie kharakteristiki rassmatrivaemykh sistem; reshenie obratnykh dinamicheskikh zadach i otsenka vozmozhnosti prognozirovaniya tipa i velichiny defekta; razrabotka i sozdanie novoy raschetnoy tekhnologii otsenki usloviy vozmozhnoy ekspluatatsii mikroelektromekhanicheskikh sistem (MEMS).
