The augmentation of ethnic conflicts worldwide after the cold war has made the scientists of various fields two draw their attention to this phenomenon. In Sri Lanka, GoSL has achieved unilateral military victory defeating the rebel group LTTE, the state became normal and able to secure the lives of its people and mobilize the wealth of the state for development. The multi ethnic and multi religious state now is being developed and importantly in peace. This book has not only assessed the post war ethnic harmony but also measured the tolerance and degree of accepting coexistence in the then rivals societies. The book has significant forecast on inter-religious race and possible religious conflict and crisis on the Island in the days to come.
