Sale of Ooty Tea Through PDS Shops in Tamil Nadu : Sale of Cooperative Tea through Public Distribution System

The study is conducted to know the liking of the people for the cooperative tea. When the cooperative Ooty is compared with the other competitors, price wise it is cheaper and easily available. The money earned through the sale of the tea goes once again to the small and medium tea growers in the Nilgiris District of Tamil Nadu. The increase in sales ultimately will help these poor small tea growers who economically weaker.
