Information & Communication Technology (ICT) in English Language Teaching (ELT) has been acknowledged as one of the driving forces in shaping the new generation of young learners. Pioneering mobile devices will emerge and take on a great role in the way students learn. It is estimated that smart phones will suit more like computers and vice-versa.
