The main objective of the study is to identify what is the current performance of Ambo Farmers Cooperative union in financial management. Because financial analysis is one of the major types of analyses commonly used to assess activity feasibility. It is used both as a tool during activity development and as a test of a completed activity design. It is to determine the adequacy of the funds to be provided for financing all activity resources; to ascertain whether monetary benefits to be derived from the activity are larger or smaller than the activity's costs; to judge whether results would be produced at the lowest practical cost. Financial ratios used with its standard to determine whether the union`s financial performance was within a given range of standard or not.
