Realization is the main factor in learning and teaching process. In Realization, fair and qualified implementation, fair and qualified absorption, fair and qualified action, and fair and qualified review occur. It is supported by Comfortability, in which fair and qualified interaction and respectful condition exist. Moreover, to create better equitable learning and teaching, there is Completeness in the process consisting of fair and qualified planning, fair and qualified assessment, fair and qualified evaluation, and fair and qualified monitoring.
