During his life, Nikolai Gogol made many trips. And a trip to Lbeck in July 1829 was only the first of them. And he went in the summer in Germany to somehow izbyvitsya the bitterness of defeat - his first work, a romantic poem "Hans Kyuhelgarten", published under the pseudonym Alov, nothing but disappointment he did not bring.
