The reference book for the city and county councils, notaries, architects, magistrates, police, district administrations, owners of homes, factories and plants. Building regulations set forth in Volume XII St. Zack. (Ed. 1857), in their incompleteness, repeatedly demanded amendments and clarification of the Government. The difficulty of meeting information on these additions and clarifications, scattered in various institutionalized, was the cause of general dissatisfaction with the charter of our building.
