The Book "Gift to Young Housewives, or a means to reduce costs in the household," Helena Molokhovetz, nee - Burman (28 April (10 May) in 1831, Arkhangelsk - 1918, Petrograd), a best-selling culinary XIX century. First published in 1861 in Kursk, it has stood for more than thirty editions in the late XIX and early XX century has not lost its relevance today.
