The third edition of the memoirs of the famous statesman of the XVIII century Prince Yakov Shakhovsky edited by historian MI Semevskii. And unlike previous editions, it includes a number of "real market" Shakhovsky from the archives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Synod. The book also includes a preface to the previous publications.
