The monograph contains theoretical substantiation essentially exclusive rights to means of individualization the trademark concepts and definitions of its key features. The study conducted an analysis of the Russian legislation in the field of intellectual rights, as a system of civil law governing the protection of intellectual activity and means of individualization, in its functional relationship with other branches of law. The findings of the study theoretical principles formulated conclusions and practical recommendations that can facilitate a coordinated state policy for the protection of consumers of goods, works and services in the justification of government measures and mechanisms to ensure the economic security of Russia in the field of industrial property protection, and can be used in improvement of civil legislation and practice in the work of regulatory authorities.
