Pandects of Nikon Montenegrin

The book is a monographic edition of all the legal texts that have been preserved in the ancient translation of one of the most important Byzantine monuments of literacy - "Pandects Nikon the Montenegrin". The publication is undertaken for the first time and satisfies all the requirements of scientific and critical editsionnoy practice. Old Russian text translation, published in eleven ancient lists, accompanied by a parallel Greek original of the three lists. The publication is provided with a Slavic-Greek and Greek-Slavic pointers terms. The book provides linguists and historians a new source of information on the legal language and terminology of ancient Russia.
