There are many traditions relating to such a sensitive issue as the secrets of women. They carefully preserved and is not always known and best friend. A woman should always be the best and most beautiful. In various countries of the East and the West are known the whole school, who set themselves the task of educating the perfect woman, in front of which should not resist any man. The author tells about the same tradition, took place among the Slavs. Gymnastics is given in the author's development on the basis of ethnographic research and teaching practice in the Belarusian State Pedagogical University.
