Tautomerization of Guanine Nucleobase and Mismatches

This book is a part of the investigation on DNA damage pathways. A portion of the work is also submitted to Guwahati University by the Co-Author Junu Basumatary. This work is related to the Metal complex and DNA interaction, and subsequent generation Mismatches in DNA due to tautomerization. Free radical generation has also been studied, but tautomerization pathway is considered as the one of the mechanisms for mispairing of Nucleobases.
