Women's Participation in Decision Making Process of Local Government : A Study of Nine Union Parishads of Bangladesh

This is a piece of work dedicated to the women. In our society women face worse situation in every where even in 21st century. This book though highlighted only the political arena of women in Bangladesh but reflects the world perspective. In deep, this book identified women stands in decision making process in local government. What should be in reality and what actually have- these matters found through many respondents perception analysis. This work will help researchers for further study in this area and also provided few suggestions to overcome the barriers of women empowerment.
