Chemotherapy Regimens in Carcinoma Breast : Chemo-toxicity is a quite common occurrence during chemotherapy in Patients of Carcinoma Breast

There are almost always incidence of hair loss, nausea & fatigue; frequent incidences of nail changes, vomiting, weight loss; common incidences of weight gain, leucopenia, thrombocytopenia; uncommon incidences of thrombophlebitis; rare incidence of extravasation incidence of neuropathy, cardio-toxicity and oral ulcers during chemotherapy of Breast. None of the regimen was found more toxic or safer to another. There is minimal incidence of severe grade chemo-toxicity among the patients with no life-threatening event throughout the course. The toxicity incidences are managed conservatively and effectively making not a single patient defaulter in mid-way of therapy.
