Lu Xun Works with Illustrations by Famous Illustrators: The Scream, Wandering and Old Tales Retold comprises three parts, i.e. The Scream, Wandering and Old Tales Retold, covering all novels written by Lu Xun which marks the highest achievements in the creation of short stories in modern Chinese literature; it is accompanied with 33 illustrations created by Ding Cong in the 1970s, a period that saw the artistic maturity and rich feelings of Ding Cong, thus this set of illustrations are one of the most representative among his works.
