The book depicts the changing track and logic of Chinese food safety supervision, combs Chinese complex regulatory landscape, provides analysis and interpretation of Chinese-style "e;regulatory state"e;, places it under the vision of global "e;rise of regulatory states"e;, and provides policy advice for the construction of relations between the government and the market fit to China and the development of China style regulatory state.
