Corruption is a cancer that grows on the body of the society. If it is not cured once and for all, it will inevitably lead to necrosis of the body and die eventually. All over the universe, no matter in China or other countries, no matter in developed or developing countries, no matter in the past or at present, corruption has become a public nuisance and often ranks first because of becoming a social problem with which people are most dissatisfied. Fighting against and eradicating corruption has become a global topic.
