The Begum's Fortune tells a story that Dr. Francois Sarrasin inherited a legacy of 500 million francs. Dr. Sarrasin prepared to spend the money establishing a little city called Ville-France. Dr. Sarrasin wanted to use the city to serve others. As a result, something unexpected happened. The true inheritor, Schultze, came. Schultze took Sarrasin to court. The court split 500 million francs into two parts. They each can obtain 250 million francs. However, Prof. Schultze spent the money in building the indestructible Steel City and tried to destroy Ville-France with the freezing cannon. Finally, a gas projectile of Schultze exploded and froze him to death. Ville-France was saved. Under Marcel's rectification, Stahlstadt Steel City became a machinery equipment production center which brings benefit to mankind.
