About the book:Yuelu Mountain is situated in Changsha, Hunan. The book records the history of the mountain and is compiled by Ouyang Houjun, the honored president of Yuelu Academy.The famous mountain, people and works are the themes to be shown to readers.Yuelu Mountain is sited in west Changsha, close to Xiang River, with an altitude of 241 meters.Ancient people took it as the foot of Mount Heng (in Hunan), which is hundreds of miles away and listed it as the tail of the 72 peaks of Mount Heng, hence the name of Yuelu.Therefore, endowed by the honor of the Five Mountains (Taishan Mountain in Shandong, Hengshan Mountain in Hunan, Huashan Mountain in Shanxi, Hengshan Mountain in Shanxi and Songshan Mountain in Henan), it became a famous mountain in China.
