Ritual And Mythology Of The Chinese Triads : Creating an Identity

This study presents an investigation into the phenomenon of the Chinese Triad, its rituals and mythological lore and its meanings and functions. Using a variety of primary and secondary sources, the author interprets Triad myth and ritual in their Chinese religious context.
